BuzzFeed recently posted a series of graphics created by a group of Irish designers depicting the top 27 most annoying, frustrating or confusing things they hear from those who provide them with direction.
Unfortunately, most account people would likely be hard-pressed to say honestly that they haven’t used at least one of these at some point in their career. Which are you guilty of?
