Denise Blasevick

Denise believes that uncovering the differentiation within a brand is the key to increasing demand, profits, and loyalty. To help clients solve their existential brand crises, Denise pioneered the A.R.E. methodology that uncovers the most Authentic, Relevant, and Easy-to-understand point of brand differentiation. This philosophy has led to groundbreaking campaigns for BMW of North America, Eight O’Clock Coffee, Franklin Mutual Insurance (FMI), Reworld™️, Wyndham Worldwide and numerous other clients – on whose behalf she has won hundreds of creative awards. Denise is an inductee into the NJ Advertising Hall of Fame, a former on-air marketing expert for MSNBC, and holds her Entrepreneurial Masters from the Entrepreneur’s Organization program at MIT.

Adam Schnitzler

COO, Founding Partner

Adam has led the development of strategic brand initiatives for dozens of national and international clients, including BMW Motorrad USA, IVI-RMA Global, NKBA, and Turtle Back Zoo. His print, video, out-of-home, and interactive work has won hundreds of local, regional and national awards, and has been featured in Adweek, U.S. Ad Review and even a college textbook. He is a 2011 inductee to the NJ Advertising Hall of Fame. Adam helped to found the Rutgers Advertising Society while earning his degree, and has also studied at the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan.

Gordon McMillan

Chief Creative Officer

With 25+ years of creative leadership under his belt, Gordon brings a wealth of international branding experience to every client engagement. He has guided, inspired (and from time-to-time cajoled) an Ottawa-based agency to compete on the global stage against the top branding firms in the world, redefining brands and executing campaigns for large global enterprises like Schneider Electric, United Rentals, Commvault, Trend Micro, Entrust, Intuit and Dun & Bradstreet as well as more modestly-sized aspirational enterprises such as Chronicle Heritage, Decisive Group, FLO EV Charging, HST Pathways and Pareto Health.

Stefanie Fernandez

Seamlessly changing gears as the industry evolves, Stefanie has been dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction at The S3 Agency for over 10 years. Her experience spans clients from the automotive, CPG, luxury, and hospitality industries. As the leader of S3’s client services department, Stefanie helps elevate overall strategic approach and project management capabilities. Her work for clients such as BMW Motorrad, Carbona and Eight O’Clock Coffee has been recognized with many awards – as has her leadership, thanks to her 2019 inclusion in “New Jersey’s Best Marketing & Communications Professionals Under 40.”
