The NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Association) is the world’s leading organization in its industry. Yet they were losing memberships. In order to reverse the trend, they needed a complete brand remodel.

The NKBA membership experience had become fractured: many people did not even know the NKBA owned KBIS (Kitchen & Bath Industry Show), the industry’s most massively attended trade event. To convey the association’s comprehensive offerings in a modern, desirable way, we needed to align the NKBA and all of its sub-brands.
Any great remodel should improve FUNCTION as well as FORM. we helped the NKBA do exactly that with their brand. We then shouted it from the rooftops – to the industry via trade marketing, As well as (for the first time) to consumers with targeted TV spots on home improvement networks.
THE RESULTS: the membership drain reversed in year one, with net 6% growth in year one!
