First, Michael B. Junge (career coach and member of Google’s leadership recruiting team) writes a book called “Purple Squirrel,” a term that represents how people should make themselves stand out in order to land a job in the 21st Century lack-of-employment market.
Roughly a month later, a Pennsylvania couple claims to find an actual purple squirrel. No, really. It’s been all over the news in the past day. Here’s the link: Purple Squirrel.
My question: Is this aubergine oddity real – or really a genius stunt designed to “innocently” generate publicity and sales for Junge’s book? I can’t wait to find out.
